Tom Kelley is President of the local Expetec Technology Services franchise in Burlington, Massachusetts.  Prior to Expetec he spent 28 years at IBM in various technology positions.  He is a member of the North Shore Chamber of Commerce and the 128 Gateway BNI networking group.  Expetec of Burlington opened in March of 2003.
